Add integration tests for events_stream enrollments #2511
Description
We added an enrollments query for Glean apps to query events_stream instead of events in mozilla/mozanalysis#431, which should be more efficient.
The integration tests for this live in Jetstream, so we should add new integration tests for this new enrollments query.
