Export experiment metrics metadata to table

We export the metadata as JSON for consumption by Experimenter, but it would be useful to DS to be able to query things like metric friendly names and join them to actual data.

We should be able to just add a metadata_experiment_slug table alongside the results or perhaps in a metadata dataset.
