Period-over-period comparisons for metrics in Looker #924

It would be useful to have period-over-period comparisons for metrics in Looker. Looker does have a new measure for this https://cloud.google.com/looker/docs/period-over-period
We should do some investigations and see how this fits in here, but we did have some DS reach out saying this might be useful
