Is there any reason that this couldn't be "nss" rather than "nss_rs"?

As discussed in mozilla/neqo#3399 the name "nss" is currently not possible, because Gecko already includes a crate with that name from rc_crypto in mozilla/application-services.

icymi, this has been fixed, the app-services crate is now named "nss-as"
