Consider supporting prefs with a `sidebar.` prefix

It would be nice if users can, for example, set whether they wanted to enable vertical tabs by default. sidebar.backupState and sidebar.installed.extensions are also useful prefs for deploying customization that is not currently covered by browser.uiCustomization.state.
