Insights: review activity and pretranslation graphs are broken

Summary

When accessing pontoon.mozilla.org/it/firefox/insights/, the Review Activity and Pretranslation Quality graphs seem to be broken. Other projects in Italian do not seem to have Review Activity broken, but in many Projects and Locales, Pretranslation Quality seem to be an empty graph.
