startup crashes correlate to "startup_crash = 1" AND "startup_crash = 0"

common startup crashes show a high correlation to "startup_crash = 1" and a low correlation to "startup_crash = 0" in the tool (which somehow logically follows from the first statement). it would be nice if we can filter out the last one...
