Show alert to users of clusters/jobs with experimental EMR version #958
Description
To help facilitate the feedback about software compatibility with newer EMR versions we should show a alert/warning to users whose scheduled Spark jobs/clusters use an experimental EMR release. The note should include a link to a bug form.
