Handle ID changes while auto-reloading

If the ID in the manifest changes when you are auto-reloading (#138), unexpected things will probably happen. We should handle this somehow.

I just tested it out. It leaves the old extension running so you will end up with multiple extensions running. This is a pretty obscure edge case though. I doubt many people would attempt to do this in real life.
