Evaluate pumps

I've got a commercial diaphragm pump and a self designed peristaltic pump at my disposal at the moment. I need to evaluate what I have to determine the best pump for phase 1. It may also be that the phase 1 pump is not the best pump for the long haul, but lets take it one step at a time.

The diaphragm pump kicked ass for phase 0.5. The peristalitic pump needs some revisions, but I still think it could be a good backup for 3D printing junkies or people who can not obtain a diaphragm pump easily.

The diaphragm pump ended up being not food safe for the parameters used. I have purchased a couple off the shelf peristaltic pumps that seem to be good. They both have the same peristaltic pump head but one is a DC motor and the other a stepper.

A decision has not been made on which one to use yet, so this is still open.
