Analyse Zubin's shake scheduler patch against new infrastructure #9
Description
I want to check the eventlogs again with and without Zubin's shake patch (ndmitchell/shake#751)
It should still be a good improvement to the running time of actions in the batch as overall there will still be a lot of short lived actions to compute but I predict it will have less overall impact because now less actions overall are run.
