thumbfast/mpv_thumbnail_script no thumbnails on youtube

Hi, since a few days the thumbnail script seems not to work as usual, it now only shows 1-3 thumbnails per video.
It worked for 2 years without any issues.
Any ideas?

I guess that something has changes because both thumbfast and mpv_thumbnail_script are not able to generate thumbails for youtube
