Request: Add support for the Bungee time-stretching / pitch-shifting algorithm

Hello mpv team,

I would like to request the addition of the Bungee audio time-stretching and pitch-shifting algorithm to mpv.

Reasons for the request:

Bungee provides high-quality time-stretching, noticeably better than many existing free alternatives, including SoundTouch/ScaleTempo.

The algorithm is open-source and would be a great improvement for applications requiring high-quality audio stretching, especially for music and language-learning apps.

Integrating Bungee as an optional audio processing backend in mpv would greatly expand the toolkit's audio manipulation capabilities.

It would be amazing if mpv could support Bungee—either built-in or as a configurable plugin—so that developers can benefit from this superior time-stretching algorithm.
