How to ignore __MACOSX when using --autocreate-playlist?

In autoload.lua there's ignore_patterns config. What's the equivalent when using --autocreate-playlist?

__MACOSX is a hidden directory, so I guess it will always appear in the playlist with --directory-mode=lazy.

I think adding an option to control whether to ignore hidden files/directories is enough.

Seems mpv will build a playlist with an archive even without --autocreate-playlist.
I'm trying to play a zip created in the mac system, and the __MACOSX/._* of the same extension inside will also be added to the playlist, which makes the startup time extremely long because they are sorted top in the list and mpv will try to play them one by one until the very first real file is met.
As verygoodlee suggested, an option for ignoring those files would be helpful.
