Feature request: add libmpv to First-party Windows builds #17107

Expected behavior of the wanted feature
in v0.40.0 it's stated "build libmpv by default" so it would be nice to find also libmpv (i686 and x86_64) in the https://nightly.link/mpv-player/mpv/workflows/build/master
Alternative behavior of the wanted feature
i think it's important to find a libmpv build in the workflows/build/master
