Prevent navigation to disc menus at end of DVD title

DVD menu support has long since been removed from MPV, but as of version 0.34.1, when playing a DVD, after the end of a title, MPV will "return" to the disc's menus, the same as a regular DVD player does.

However, due to the dropped support of disc menus, further navigation is not possible, and you become basically stuck until commanding MPV to quit.

"--keep-open" also is ineffective, as MPV does not seem to recognize that it has reached the end of the file.

Desired behavior would be for MPV to treat menu navigation as a marker for end-of-file. (Blu-rays already behave this way, with MPV quitting at end-of-file unless --keep-open=yes.)

Side note: Perhaps a related issue, but the progress bar (and video length) seems to "grow" when approaching the final minute or so of DVD titles.

This is also an issue with --stream-dump=... – the menu is concatenated to the end of each track, which is undesired and can cause issues if there is an A/V track length mismatch in the menu (e.g. if composed of a still frame + audio track).
