Transition to IPv6 connectivity #1
Description
Migrate the AWS VM to offer IPv6 connectivity only. This will reduce the price of the VM a bit, as IPv4 addressing costs slightly more.
- change AWS CloudFormation template to IPv6 only
- adjust PHP to report IPv6 address
- adjust Swift code to use IPv6 address
Currently, some locations where I intend to use the SSH proxy are still not connected via IPv6, so this transition will have to wait.
