git checkout fails if trying to use raw branch name that is all digits

Partially related to #69, numeric arguments are assumed to be scmpuff shortcuts and expanded.

This can be considered a bug, but might also be 'works as expected', since I'm not sure if there is a way around this.. The only thing that comes to mind would be to explicitly stat all numeric args to see if they exist the file system.
