A place to put (static) xml files.
Subfolders
fmTextConverter/ - contains useful conversions that you can import into fmTextConverter.
fmxmlsnippets/ - a place you can store code snippets, if you wish.
yEd/ - xml for use with the (free) yEd Graphing editor - see below
