Description
- Integrate ktlint/spotless into the project for code style enforcement.
- Ensure all existing Kotlin code adheres to the defined code style rules.
- Provide documentation or guidelines for developers on how to run ktlint and Spotless locally.
- Add check in ci pipeline ci: setup ci-cd pipeline in github action #3
