A see a lot of commits on master branch, but on releases the latest version still 015, from 3 years ago.
Is this accurate or there is a new version?

No, it’s not.

You can check out the version from the master branch and build it yourself.

I have never deal with fonts, but I tried to generate Karmilla from source. Some errors appeared while generating TTF and some when opening Bold weight – but I just ignore everything and proceeded.

I am using on Sketch and, apparently, it's ok.

Anyway, consider updating the release tab. Although it's not hard to generate from source, I have no idea if I did it correctly because of the errors jumping on my screen.
