I have removed the system default notepad on windows 10 and I want to find a solution on how to make secureDNS recognize notepad++ as the default notepad for this system

I have removed the system default notepad on windows 10 and I want to find a solution on how to make secureDNS recognize notepad++ as the default notepad for this system

Try this:
Create a shortcut of your notepad++ and rename it to notepad, the move it to Windows\System32 directory.

If it didn't work, you have to manually edit the Rules.txt file, which is located in

C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\SecureDNSClient\UserData

for the installer version.
