License missing

Hi Mike,

I know this is a bit of a nitpick, but I couldn't finde the License for this repository explicitly stated anywhere. You don't _need_ a license for your own stuff, but I got the impression you're expecting it to be in CC or similar license and if I understand correctly that's not currently the case.
