I've been doing SaaS startups for about 25 years. I've always been the non-dev on some very dev-heavy teams – finding things that needed solving, finding customers with that pain, understanding what would actually solve their problem, defining the product requirements... and building teams that could make it all happen.

I'm not non-technical, but I have had the luxury of working with world-class developers who have done the super heavy lifting.

I decided to check out Agency-Agents a week ago to see if I could build out a couple projects I've been sitting on for quite a while. These were projects that I thought would be interesting and useful for me and other folks, but not really worth spending months and tons money to build out and launch as a separate company.

With Agency-Agents, I completed the scope of work for the first one in about six hours. Everything. It would have only taken about three hours, but the project included some really heavy image-generation work with Nano Banana 2 that had to run recursively for a few hours and I had to stop for dinner. The image generation process involved minimal initial input from me and then the relevant agents took over and generated incredibly detailed and nuanced prompts, sent prompts to Nano Banana 2, requested my input – not image-by-image, but based on what was wrong with the images, developed and inferred RULES based on my feedback, and then iterated the prompt so it could pass it's internal criteria and got my ok. The results were truly remarkable.

I used Agency-Agents with both Claude (in Terminal) and Antigravity. For Antigravity, you can just open the chat window, drop in the URL for agency-agents, and ask it to set everything up.

Things are different now.
