STARFUSION takes up a lot of resources #152

Description of the bug
currently starfusion requests something like 6cpu*44Gb resources. this tends to take up an entire node, and it can wait in the PEND state on the scheduler for a long time until space opens up. We should see if this amount of resources is really necessary and if not, lower it.
