Add flag to final fusion output to state whether a different transcript combination is in frame

### Description of feature

Currently, the expanded AGfusion step is simply an output of all transcript combinations with no indication if any of the transcript combinations are in frame within the final output. To alert users, request to add column to final output telling the user whether or not a different transcript pair is in-frame for further inspection.
