MSKWESRP cohort in SMILE - maintain/update samples included in cohort #1665
Description
- PMs currently update this cohort manually and wish to automate this process.
- this is not a frozen cohort, unlike the other TEMPO cohorts
- Anne Marie is involved with cohort assembly and processing whenever updates are made to this cohort
There are specific criteria:
- WES recaptures
- successfully run through TEMPO
- 12-245 consented
- no data duplicates (i.e., same sample sequenced twice)
- no biologist duplicates (i.e., data originating from same DMP sample)
- no duplicate IDs
From SMILE POV - if updates to this cohort are made (cohort with type = institutional) then allow changes to sample list. Embargo date should already exist for any sample in this larger institutional cohort.
