Format according to default locale?

Hi

I wondered if there was a way to format (displayFormat) according to the default locale set in the browser / the system?
For now I am using 'format' to control the picker itself, but I would want to have the displayFormat according to the locale, which somehow does not seem to be possible. Maybe I am missing something here.

Haven't thought about it... but as I can see momentjs allowed this. so basically it's possible to do. Feel free to submit PR.
