Knowledge base for entity linking

Hi, I was wondering whether you could share information about how to perform entity linking, e.g. via the values for the entity1ID/entity2ID keys in the datasets.
I could not find out what knowledge base was used to generate the dataset yet, but perhaps I overlooked something.

Update from the separate thread: The knowledge base used is Satori.

Satori doesn't seem to be available publicly. I am hoping to create mappings to freebase/wikidata for the entities and answers, in order to further work on the dataset in conjunction with a knowledge base.

I found that the IDs seem to correspond to the "bingId" that is returned by the Bing Entity Search API: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/search/cognitive-search-skill-entity-recognition#sample-output
However, it does not seem possible to directly query entities via their ID: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs/issues/38557

Would there be any other way to get more entity information, including for the 'answer' entity (right now, there is only an answer string)?
