FDK AAC decoding AAC offset by one frame

FDK AAC decoding AAC offset by one frame,
For the same AAC stream, I used ffmpeg decoding normally, but used the latest version of fdk AAC decoding with an offset of one frame. Have you encountered this before? How do you solve it
