In Sensor, Blink icon keeps enabling and disabling on its own after few seconds

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Vaccine -> Add Sensor
2. Scroll down to Blink icon
3. See error. Blink icon keeps enabling and disabling automatically after few seconds.

Expected behaviour

Blink icon should be enabled when no action is performed

• Tablet model: Samsung
• OS version: 8.1

It looks like enabling and disabling here is due to the sensor logs being downloaded (when that occurs, the connectivity icon flashes and the blink icon is greyed out). I don't think this is an urgent issue for this release, but a bit more user feedback would definitely be a good idea in the next release!
