Mobile Vaccines: breach icon is unresponsive

Describe the bug

Breach icon is layered below graph which result in unresponsiveness for a while on click.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Vaccine -> Add Sensor -> Keep it for an hour
2. When any breach(Hot/Cold) occurs, Go to line chart and click on Breach Warning icon
3. See error. That icon become quite unresponsive for some time. may be because it layered downwards with graph

Expected behaviour

Warning beach alert should open dialog window on gentle press.

Looks like two unrelated issues described here. Have migrated the overlapping icon issue to #3673.

Confirmed can replicate. From a bit of investigation, there's no obvious way of fixing this without refactoring how the VictoryLine events are handled (and no proof that would actually fix this). As the functionality is still usable, going to keep this labelled low priority and revisit after v7 release.
