Describe the bug

For no ACTIVE sensors, progress bar keep loading infinitely and no message is displayed

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Vaccine -> Add Sensor [Make sure no sensor is in range]
2. See error. Progress bar keep spinning even for more than 1 minute and so on

Expected behaviour

There should be message after certain time that "No sensor is found within range. Please Try again"
