(Intermittent) 'Save' button doesn't go orange when creating new Patient

Describe the bug

Noticed by Kiribati vaccination team 10th Aug 2021 (and I've also seen it on and off).

Sometimes when creating a new Patient record via the Dispensing module the 'Save' button does not go orange even when all required fields have been populated.

The user is then unable to save the record.

The user needs to exit the registration page and start again to proceed.

To reproduce

Note: Hard to reproduce as seems to be an intermittent issue.

1. Go to Dispensing module
2. Press 'New Patient' button
3. Populate all required (asterisk) fields
4. See that 'Save' button does not turn orange
5. User cannot save Patient record

So I found a way to reproduce this, although I don't think it's the way that the teams in the field are encountering it (as I've encountered it before without doing this method).

There is a (large) logcat attached, apologies but am not using a debug build so no idea if it's any help at all.

Repro steps for this method:

1. Go to Dispensing module
2. Press New Patient button
3. Enter Last name, First name
4. Press into the Age field and enter a number
5. Exit the Age field by pressing the blue tab arrow on the keyboard
6. Fill the rest of the required fields (District, Island, Village, Vaccination Priority Group, Employer)
7. Note that the 'Save' button does not turn orange

I was able to reproduce this morning

1. Go to Dispensing module
2. Press New Patient button
3. Type in a last name, press Return/ Enter
4. Type in a first name, press Return/ Enter
5. Type a date into the Age field and press Return/ Enter
6. Fill the rest of the required fields (District, Island, Village, Vaccination Priority Group, Employer)

Result: the 'Save' button does not turn orange
