2. Scroll around dispensary, cold chains and notice some English texts

These localisation problems are a mix of issues:

• Missing a localised String:

  • Add sensors to start logging temperatures

• Localised string exists but the component is not updated on language change:

  • Dispensing header
  • 'Sync Enabled' string (in main app header)
  • 'Save' button on PatientEditModal
