There was instance of a vaccination where 1 transact line was created on Mobile but 2 are displayed on the server

Describe the bug

I am not sure what has happened could be a glitch since I wasn't not able to recreate it as for now. Try to add a vaccine cancel and restart vaccination process or go back and put one...

server. The line is the rectangle is not on mobile

1. Go to Mobile
2. Create a vaccination and Sync
3. Check on Server
4. See error

Expected behaviour

The same should be shown on mobile and mSupply
