Weird behavior with patient history

Describe the bug

As of now, I understand that all the patient histories (be it new vaccination event, edit vaccination event) all show up in the patient history. But double/multiple history can be seen for newly created patient with just one vaccination event recorded. Also, the remote store tab in patient history is confusing; record created in homestore and still some line shows remote store tab checked!

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a new patient
2. Go to vaccination
   3 Select that patient and add one vaccination event and confirm
3. Go to Dispensing> select that patient
4. See history and See error: multiple lines (when we created just one vaccination event)
5. And notice that remote store tab; one line is checked other is not, while everything is being done in the homestore only. Weird?

Hi @chastichno . I've attached a recording here.
Notice that the patient history shows double lines (after syncing), even if there was only one vaccination event added for that patient.
