Describe the bug

A funny bug here; History button won't work right away for newly created patient that has been created and synced from another store. The fun part: leave that tablet for 5 minutes (because tablet auto-syncs in 5 mins), now search the same patient and this time, the history button works.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Get two tablets syncing
2. In tablet1, create a new patient (or some vaccination history as well) and sync.
3. In tablet2, do not sync yet and search for that new patient created using Search online
4. Click History button for that patient
5. See error: the history button doesn't really work! It'll only work after you manually sync or wait 5 mins for auto-sync!
