LogTag have several WHO PQS prequalified 30DTR data loggers which output a .csv file

It would be good to integrate them with Open mSupply so that the LogTag temperature data can easily be collected and associated with stock data.

LogTag has 3 models that will have the same .csv data structure, so we should aim to support all 3 models:

• VaxTag+
• UTRID-16
• TRED30-16U

Initial scope would be for similar functionality to Berlinger Fridge-tag-2.
