Need help to ship Webview dependencies

Hi! I want to submit a new package for the Arturo Programming Language, but I'm having issues to build everything from source.

We have pre-compiled DLLs on AWS bucket and our install script downloads from the Github actions releases. I know the way MSYS2 works is by compiling everything from source, so I can't simply provide those DLLs that way.

What is the best way of ship transparently webview.dll and WebView2Loader.dll so?

we have webview2 loader https://packages.msys2.org/base/mingw-w64-webview2-loader. it's... a pre-compiled DLL

I could not manage running Arturo after the packaging 🙁, so I'll let it quiet for a while.
I did added Webview2Loader.dll, but I still get 127 exit code...

@ognevny seeing the logs, I've noticed that it does includes WebView2Loader.dll, but it misses webview.dll. Do you know what can I do?
