I have now tried this, and the answer is a resounding yes! The proper installation instructions, however, have changed significantly since the project inception/bookworm. I'm tied up for about a week but will revisit the other discussion with very detailed instructions. (The short version, for now - you MUST use a virtual Python environment! Make sure you're running 64-bit Raspberry Pi OS (I'm using Trixie without issues on a Zero 2 WH), have git installed, follow the instructions here and install everything but the documentation, and make sure your crontab entry has "source $HOME/.virtualenvs/pimoroni/bin/activate" before the first && concatenation. |

My poor original Pi Zero W is slowly plodding along trying to get installed, but I noticed after printing the case that it definitely doesn't fit.
I can scale the case with no issue (I think...I'll have to do so without moving the buttons), but I'm more concerned about the fact that the Spectra display (which is indeed staggeringly beautiful) is only a 6-color display (and of course the inky driver itself).
Has anyone tried this? I rechecked and the original 7.3" is no longer for sale anywhere near as I can tell.
