Scryer Scholar's Series: Reading and "Riting" in Scryer (or, how do to proper I/O)

Every classical education begins with the trivium** of Reading, Riting, and Rithmatic, so that seems like a great place to start learning about professional Prolog practices.

I'm going to start by examining 3 use cases:

1. How to read a CSV, process the data, and either modify the CSV or output to a new CSV
2. How to read and write JSON
3. (intermediate/advanced) How to use a file (or other datasource) as a dynamic Prolog database.

If anyone has any others, feel free to include/share!
