Save the graph nodes & edges to .md files in a folder

Inputs:

1. A NetworkX graph of citations

Steps:

1. For each node, get the edges
2. Print the edges into the node's .md file in a Cosma compatible fashion. YAML, I think.

Outputs:

1. A folder of .md files
