UX: Tag management: Filter existing tags

User suggests:

Feature Request for when editing, searching and creating Tags/:_
While typing in the "Create or select tags" area, could you have it to
dynamically filter "as you type" to show the current existing tags
matching the entry (allowing for wildcards).

This will eliminate 1) similar/duplicate tags when creating tag(s) AND
2) it will be give you a filtered smaller list to choose one that exists
Making it faster for editing, creating and searching them (ESPECIALLY,
when you're adding them to a transaction.)
