Not able to install plugin "Intellibot @SeleniumLibrary Patched"

Not able to install plugin for robot framework in Pycharm:
Pycharm version : 2022.1
Python version: 3.8
selenium version: 4 (tried with 3.8.* also)
Robot version: 5
os - Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS
