[New Feature] Lateral Movement capabilities

Develop lat move capabilities for all OS builds.

Shellcode injection for this is probably off the table (shellcode for the ON agent would be unwieldly and frankly ridiculous)

Likely will use some kind of remote copy primitive to send it to other hosts
