Support for All Talk TTS?

You have a few back ends already for TTS, but one great project that is picking up a lot of momentum is AllTalk TTS. It supports narration and multiple "characters" with the same API call. In addition, it has integration wtih DeepSpeed , has the ability to fine tune voices, has GPU support and Low VRAM mode, great documentation etc.
