Enable additional languages and voices in VibeVoice

Microsoft recently added additional languages to VibeVoice (quote: "We provide nine additional languages (German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, and Spanish) for users to explore and share feedback."). It would be nice if those were enabled for VibeVoice that is included in Local AI.

These are already available but there aren't separated models in the gallery - you need to edit the vibevoice model from the WebUI and add the URLs of the models and point to the voices that you want to use
