[charts] Introduce a linear color palette scale?

Motivation

Today, I'm not aware that we have this: https://next.mui.com/x/react-charts/styling/#color-palette.

Maybe we actually don't need this, but only a way to take a primary color and use opacity to scale it out inside a funnel charts. Still, I suspect (maybe not) that this requires each color to be cherry-picked.
