[scheduler][joy] Add navigation between views

In this PR:

• Add the UI to navigate between all the implemented views (Full Calendar has "month", "week", "day" and "list" for instance)

Not in this PR:

• Allow initializing / controlling the visible view from outside the component
• Create custom UIs to navigate between views
